| We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenient that we
causing the customer. We will be more than happy to
reprint the customer's order if they are not satisfied.
But let me explain the misunderstanding here. Under the
section 3 of our terms and conditions page, you will
see- Orders will be stored up to one month and will be
deleted after the one month time period. Since we
didn't have the customer images, that's why we asked
the customer to re-send us the images using ftp (file
transfer protocol).

| I recently made an order with PE Photo. I purchased
about 300 4x6's, ten 8x10's, and around a hundred
3x5's. Overall I rate the company excellent, looking at
everything. But to break it down this is what I did and
didn't like.
I loved the service since they had the order shipped
out in no time at all and delivery was quick. I didn't
really see anything wrong with the prints perse either,
though I haven't gone and reviewed the original digital
photos to see how they compare. Overall the quality
seemed good. I was severely disappointed to find out
that they wouldn't ship to an APO address as well since
I am in the military and needed them where I live, not
in the united states where I had to send them first and
then get family to resend them to me. The most annoying
thing about the order was that after getting them home
and starting to arrange them into frames I had bought
for a majority of them, to my disappointment the prints
were not all cut to the correct size and would not fit
in the frames. I unfortunately realized that almost
half the order is like this as well. Some of the edges
also have left over white or discolored borders from
where the cuts were made. So if the correct cuts had
been made, whether human or machine screwed it up, I
wouldn't have been able to see these problems.
I also felt that the paper they used was rather flimsy
feeling. Almost like it was kind of cheap in itself.
Taking an individual photo in hand and feeling the
weight made me think this. As well as the way it folded
in on itself as I held it. Almost like the paper
couldn't support itself. Albeit I have never really
looked at what kind of paper the labs I have developed
film at or order digital prints from used. The
particular kind of kodak paper they used here didn't
feel like it would be very durable.
This site was the cheapest on the internet for places
to order from though. At 6 cents a 4x6 you couldn't
argue. The next cheapest was nine or ten at other
places. And then the shipping was more as well at other
sites. So for the amount I ordered and the money I
payed it was as I said overall excellent. Now this is
the first major online order I have ever done and to be
fair next time I am going to shell out some more money
and see if it was just PEPhoto, or if it was me but I
would recommend this site for bulk orders if cost is a
factor and you have multiple photo sizes. For that
reason, bar a sale, you can't be it PEPhoto. |

| Very Very Very Poor Quality. Cheap price for 5X7
prints, cheap S/H but tereble color. I used them twice,
both of the time I got the same result- dark pics with
no color or washed out reds and green. Stay
away!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

| Sent 3 large orders. 1st order 8x10's damaged due to
poor packaging, did not match color on 5x7's. 2nd
order: 8x10's did not match color to 5x7's. 3rd order,
8x10's terrible and did not match color to 5x7's that
were too red. Returned 8x10's 3 times before they
matched. Only good about PE: cheap prices, and did
have phone number to speak to person. The worst
quality control of any printing lab I have ever come
across. I am a professional photographer for over
20yrs and know what good color is. |

| I ordered over 300 photos of my kids to scrapbook. The
quality is terrible. I printed a few on my HP deskjet
to see if it was maybe my camera. The pictures looked
great. I am very disappointed that I wasted so much
money and end up having to pay the $65-$70 it would
have cost if I just kept using scrapbookpictures.com.
Their pictures have always come out brilliant. You get
what you pay for...now I get to pay AGAIN!! |

| Had 200 Prints of the same picture in 5x7 and they were
the best price by far. Only issue I see is with the
extra fee for each order and they shipped my pictures
in an envelope instead of a box. Would have been nice
if they were box with that many prints, I had some of
the end pictures with ruff edges. I was using them as
cards so it did not mater.

over 400 special order prints there was only one skiped
order. Everyone was very happy with the quality and

| I checked this place out, comparing prices. There is a
1.50 service fee + the 2.99 shipping if you have your
pics mailed to you which makes your pics NOT .08 cents
each, but .41 cents each. :( Not a good deal if you
ask me. |

| Software is intuitive and easy to use, prices are
outstanding, quality rivals Sears and Walgreens,
Delivery was on time, I must recommend this photo
processing service. My wishlist is a web module for
shopping cart intragration to Gallery2 so I can easiely
offer it for customers of my photographs. |

| I do have to admit, I was a bit unknown for the product
quality but I do have to say I'm incredibly impressed
with pephoto's prints. The paper quality is top notch
and those prices are the big catchers with this one.

| I had a lot of photos of our new baby taken and had to
print them. I decided to find a good deal for it and
tried pephoto.com. I was stunned at the print quality
specially considering the fact that their price is just
so competitive sometimes third of others' price. |
