| The only downside I see with their prints is sometimes
the skin tones are way off. Their black and white
prints are excellent. Turnaround time is the best I've
seen. I still use them for most of my enlargements. |

| Pros: Inexpensive, quick, great idea, quality work
Cons: None other than relying the mail service
i used to just take photos and keep them in my camera
or on my computer. lately I have decided to start
printing some of my photos it is sometimes nice to use
the old fashion photo album in order to view picture
with friends and family. I looked for web sites and
found mpix. so I gave it a shot.
the way it works with them is pretty simple. You take
your pictures and download them into your computer.
then you log on to their site and upload your picture
to their web site. after you did that (which by the way
can take some time but this is not their fault it is
just that usually your upstream upload speed is slow
even with broadband) you choose the photos to print,
the print sizes and after a few days they arrive by
mail to your house.
I liked the results with mpix - they quality was really
good I could not tell it was digital and not old
fashion film and also the delivery was fast which is
great specially for someone like me who is really
impatient... |
