As well as photo quality, the PHOTAX DC310 Zoom also offers multimedia features, including a video clip capability, voice captioning on images, Webcam and video-conferencing. With its built-in 16MB flash memory expandable up to 512MB with SD or MMC card (not included), The PHOTAX DC310 comes equipped with excellent performance digital camera set in a very compact format. The USB connection and the included MGI PHOTO SUITE editing software make it easy to download picture or movie files to your PC or Mac for viewing. Connecting the camera causes the software to automatically launch, while the included utility software turns the PHOTAX DC310 into a PC-Webcam. Using the camera's movie recording feature, you can capture up to 240-second bursts of movie action, which can then be sent to friends and relatives as a video e-mail. Designed for maximum ease of use, the PHOTAX DC310 is a compact shape compared to a conventional 35mm SLR and fits perfectly into the palm of your hand. The clear, well-positioned electronic viewfinder allows you to frame your pictures easily; alternatively the 1.5-inch TFT-LCD monitor located on the rear of the camera can be used for framing and reviewing shots.
