Your warranty will be garbage if it's a fake..... Who knows as you can't tell but they do look different from the real olympus battery, note differences in type of paper used, fonts, etc. I took it to Walt Disney World and charged the battery the first time and was able to use if for 3 days without charging again. I will buy this item again for my Olympus Camera. Battery functions as expected and once you're familiar with the camera, tends to last pretty well. Happy with the purchase. Recent Hawaiian vacation This is a spare battery I charged one battery overnight so I'd always have 2 charged batteries although I seldom need the second one it was great to know I wouldn't lose power when I needed it.
