In spite of the fact that they are rated much higher than the original Nikon battery, they take only about 1/3 as many shots as the real Nikon battery before they are drained. Also, the batteries I received from Thememstore do not look at all like the picture shown for this item. Mine say Power2000 on them. I'd have to say I am disappointed, after reading the rave reviews. I got only what I paid for, i.e. less money = less capacity. They are OK as spares, but can't replace the real thing. I buyed four batteries to use with my battery grid because I do car show shooting and I demand a lot of long life battery power; I love it this one. these batteries haven't failed me yet. (hope i didnt just jinx it, with sum weddings coming up, lol) This item is also available as a single unit for $7.95 from the same vendor. This is an excellent battery but it is better to pay $16 for two than $25 for two. this was probably the best and cheapest solution i have ever found for ANYTHING!!! Battery 1 is still shooting and holding half charge 2 months and over 600 shots later!!! amazing!!!!!!
