Lowepro Tasca 20 (Black) |
| Product DescriptionThe Tasca is made from tactile neoprene fabric providing the consumer protection without the usual bulk of a more constructed, padded case. The sleeve design assures protection for delicate LCD screens and allows the consumer to slip the Tasca into a bag, pack or luggage piece without threat of scratches and dings. The magnetic top closure keeps the electronic device secure; the carabiner allows consumers to attach the Tasca to pack, lanyard, apparel or belt, enhancing accessibility to electronic devices.ReviewsI bought the Tasca 20 for my small Canon PowerShot SD600 digital camera. Although I already had a zippered case for it, I wanted something that would allow me to more easily get at my camera without having to unzip zippers. This fulfilled that need perfectly. The magnetic closure at the top of the case gently holds the case closed but it is so easy to slip your fingers in the case and grab the camera for those quick shots.
I've also had good luck using this for my VadoHD video camera.I have a thin silicon cover on the VadoHD and it -just- fits into the Tasca 20.
The neoprene is thin but fairly strong. I'm a bit leary of the neoprene band that holds the clip. That would be the weakest link in the grand scheme of things. So far so good, but I'd hate to have the neoprene wear through some day and lose my camera without my even realizing it until it's too late. So with that in mind, I'll give it a solid four stars. It's very handy, lightweight and fits a variety of small devices.
We returned this for a slightly larger case. The camera would fit, but nothing else would. We wanted room for the battery charger, memory card and the USB cord. This isn't the case for all of those.
I bought this for my iPod Touch it works great for the touch and head phones to carry in my purse.
I don't like to put my cell phone in my pants' pockets, and this product allows me to keep the phone with me conveniently. It is light and discreet.
Bought this for flip video and it doesn't keep the camera in the case securely.
