Reviews I have been wearing Casio forester watch for about 6 months. Pretty sturdy. Sometimes I happened to be in rain wearing the watch, hit with wall, table and other things while moving around. But honestly it is like a brand new watch. No stain. No color fading. No water particles trapped inside the watch. And the wrist band , although it is nylon, is very strong. No wear and tear, no discoloration. And very good price of just $19. Definitely a 5 star product! This is a great watch! I bought it specifically for casual/outdoor wear and am really happy with it. It has a very "earthy" and rugged yet elegant look. The velcro strap ensures it will easily adjust to your wrist size. The dial has easy-read numbers and since it's an illuminator it means you can read the time even if you are outdoors late evening (and there's no light). The only "annoyance" was the addition loop on the strap which is too small and unnecessary so I just removed it. Overall, a good buy - for just $20. Neat watch, nice price. I bought this originally for the price and looks. Not really expecting much. But I was very surprised with the quality and looks of it. I've have it for 3 weeks and the band has held up and it's kept great time. The beige background and dark numbers make it easy to read and there is a great bluish light for telling time at night. The band is better than I expected. Made of leather and canvas type material , it fastens with Velcro which held up nicely so far. I have several watches so this one is not a full-time watch, but a "fun" accessory for the weekends. I have only had this for a day and it feels fine, though the brown "leather" reinforcements do seem cheap and feeling more like plastic. It is the only watch in my collection that sports a velcro strap - it doesn't feel bad at all and I barely notice it after some time. Since it's Casio (the Hondas of the watch world), I can be assured that it'll last a while. Happy with this purchase.
