Not bulky at all. Solid construction and leather looks good. I lost the leather case that came with my camera because when open it did not attach to the camera itself. I love the camera and the case that fit it perfectly. The new case fits it well too although a bit snug. It is thicker than my original one was and has a loop to attach to a belt. For the price it was a good buy. The magnetic closure wasn't strong enough to keep the case from coming open accidentally. The camera kept falling out. I had to put in a velcro closure.
