That magnetic flap is great too! Well designed and well built but to small for the SD780is if you use the carrying strap. The Canon deluxe leather case works great with my new little canon camera. Carrying the camera in my purse, I needed something to protect the viewing screen and from scratching the camera. This case does both. This is the perfect little case for this camera, I have gotten some comments and always they are complimentary and people want to know where to get it?...Amazon...where else? If you have this camera, you need this case! I bought a Canon PowerShot SD940IS camera on Amazon and on the website, it recommended this leather case. When I received it and tried it on, it was too tight and the metal button would not button. I returned it the next day.
