I ordered this product as a anniversary gift for my girlfriend back in November and thought that I did so in time for it arrive prior to the 28th (anniversary). At first I didn't make a big deal about it not getting here by that date because I was offered a credit as a gesture for the inconvenience. The problem arose when I received the product and it wasn't in working condition. After I noticed this, I immediately contacted the seller through Amazon for the first time but never received a response. After waiting almost 2 weeks, I sent another email but again, never heard a thing. I had to end up purchasing a photo frame from another seller on Amazon, then when it was time, I left (NEGATIVE) feedback for this product. THIS is when they decided to call me and offer all kinds of credits and gestures for the unsatisfactory service I had received. I was asked to remove my bad comment, then told I would receive a refund (minus shipping) but I have yet to see it. I have to say, this is my first bad experience with an Amazon seller. I DON'T blame Amazon at all, but just hope that this seller would do what they said they would do and have enough INTEGRITY to refund my money in a timely manner. IF THEY DO, I WILL BE MORE THAN GLAD TO REMOVE/CHANGE THIS REVIEW (IF THAT'S POSSIBLE). 7" Digital Picture Frame Pink
product was fine, but seller (scrapbookalley) immediately put me on spam--tons of emails AND intrusive constant phone calls.
Bought this for my niece on her bday. She loved it. It also reads SD cards. Can't remember if it reads usb though.
